dealing with annoying recruiters

I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience: Recruiting
agency Sai People Solutions has been contacting me repeatedly to the
point of harassment. Every time I update my resume on Monster, I can
expect multiple calls from multiple people at this agency. The calls
are always about a "wonderful opportunity in Round Rock" as a
technical writer on contract for Dell. I've told the callers that I'm
not interested in working in Round Rock, that I don't ever want them
to call me again, but less than a day later, I get another call. I
updated my resume on Tuesday and have had five phone calls from them
in two days, plus several email messages. I only have a cell phone,
no land line, so these calls are using up my daytime minutes. To add
to the problem, I believe Sai People Solutions may be offshoring
their work, as it sounds like English is not the native language of
the recruiters, and they often have trouble reading their script.
Does anyone have any advice about what I can do to get this agency
off my back? If I take my phone number off Monster, legit recruiters
will be unable to contact me. (They could email me, but it seems many
prefer to call.) At this point, all I can do is stop answering any
calls from the area code Sai People Solutions uses. Would it be
worthwhile to contact Dell's HR department and let them know that
this agency is actually making me disinclined to work for Dell? I
can't be the only person who's had to deal with this kind of problem.
I'd appreciate any advice.
