need an IBM-approved contracting agency

..I'm shopping for a contract agency that's on IBM's vendor list...

I use Albany as my "agency of record" (http://www.thealbanygroup.com/ ).
While I direct my own business and find my own clients, legally I am a W2
employee of Albany and the contracts are between my client and Albany.  This
arraignment shelters my client from 1099 legal exposure and  provide me back
office billing services and other benefits (like errors and omissions
insurance and access to reasonably priced health insurance).   

Albany is a fairly large international company, and while I do not know if
they are IBM-approved I suspect that they are.  If you would like to know
