Local resources for professional voice narration?

Hi folks,

We are pricing a proposal for a customer that involves audio narration
(it's a training DVD).  Does anyone have local contacts or know of a
good place where I could get this priced?  I'd guess the costs are (1)
narrator, and (2) studio.  It would be nice to get this in one
package.  Reliability and quality are the most important criteria.
