[STC-Austin-general] Anyone Want to Join a Writing Case Study?

Hey all,

My whirlwind Master's program is about to come to completion. After 11 months of way too many nights listening to Queen's Headlong cycle on my iPod, I'm a thesis away from finishing my work at Texas State.

Here's where I'd love some of you to help. I'm running a five week case study starting in September where a small group of writers will have their work opened to edits and review on a wiki. Only study participants will have access to the site, and I'm looking for writers, editors, and reviewers. The attached consent form has many more details. There's also an entrance survey for those interested in joining the project.

I'll need forms back by the end of August, but the sooner the better.

This case study is meant to include technical writing as well as other forms of writing. I hope to assemble a large cross section of written material for this project.
