[STC-Austin-general] Survey: North Austin STC Lunch Options - Deadline 9/5

We're doing a survey to see where we can congregate the biggest,
loudest crowd of tech writers for chowing down.

The survey is a giant matrix where you rank each option (1-18). It's a
bit ungainly, but it should give us our answer. We'll rotate between
the top 12 for the next year and see how we like it.
