I'm in a similar spot with CDs from STC conferences. A couple of options come to mind if there aren't any takers:

 -  Donate to tech comm students (via ACC's program)
 -  See if a nearby library or Half-Price Books might take them (you never know : )

What could be fun is an informal chapter "freecycling/freesharing" event (in which everything is free).
