[STC-Austin-general] copyright question

Making reference to their trademarked names is usually okay, as long as
he does it in the form that they specify. You have to use the name
correctly and include the TM or (C) symbol as requested. Using the logo
may not be allowed.

I agree with Kay. It's not a copyright issue, but it might be a
trademark issue. If he's violating their logo guidelines, or implying an
endorsement when they haven't given one, they might not be happy about
it.
