Joy of Use follows Usefulness and Ease of Use as the next stage in user
experience. The emotional response that use of a software product or website
evokes will become a powerful differentiator in the marketplace. In this
interactive session, we will look at research on joy of use, guidelines on
how to make software and websites enjoyable, and examples of failures and
successes.
