[Stc_cny] Moving to a new server; interruption in service

Please do not use this list nor visit the Web address for the list between 6 
PM today and my next message.

We are on a test server, and our list provider is moving the list to a new 
server today. He expects to finish in just a few hours, and I'll let you 
know when the move is complete.

We don't expect you to receive any emails as this move takes place; should 
something come across, please disregard it. I'll send a message as soon as 
the move is complete.
