Hello new and returning members! Our program committee has been very
busy this summer lining up some great programs for the 2007-2008
program year. We very pleased to send you information about our first
program -- a FREE networking event on the Harbor Town Belle, with
catering by Dinosaur BBQ. But be sure to get your registration in
early, as seating is limited and will most likely fill up quick!

Join the Rochester Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication
as we kick off our new season with a "two-hour tour" of the Genesee
River, Irondequoit Bay, and the Lake Ontario Shoreline of Rochester.
We'll be providing dinner from Dinosaur Barbeque on board the Harbor
Town Belle, an 80-foot Paddle Wheeler based in Charlotte. Network with
current and potential members and find out what STC is all about.

exceptions.
 
*Note:  The first 50 STC Members and potential new members are free,
courtesy of the Rochester STC Chapter. For additional passengers the
costs  are:
STC  member = Free
Guest  = $10


Register  early! Ship capacity is limited and cannot be exceeded.
 
Because  this event entails extra costs for the cruise as well as
dinner, we are  asking payment of a nominal $10 fee for guests who are
not potential new  members. We are leaving this identification to the
discretion of each host.
