User Profiles-MRD

Hi, everyone (sorry if you are getting this twice; I think I sent a
previous email to the wrong address).

 

I've been given the task of writing some user group profiles for a
marketing requirements document. This is new to me; we've done personas
already, so this is different. In my research and based on the example I
was given, it appears these are sort of paragraph-long statements of the
main goals of each of the end-user groups. Does anyone know exactly what
I should include?
