There is a new book out called Design Accessible Web Sites: Thirty-six Keys
to Creating Content for All Audiences and Platforms by Jeremy J. Sydik
(2007). The book has 36 tips that cover issues like structure of the site,
tablese, forms, keyboard access, Flash, PDF portability, ..... The last
section has information on Section 508, WGAG2.0 guidelines and some
high-level information on accessibility rules for other countries.

My friend, Avram, mentioned Mike Paciello's book. You might also look at
the resources on Mike's site, http://www.paciellogroup.com/index.php There
are some workshop slides from a session entitled Building Accessible Web
Applications that might be useful.
