R: Question about usability testing a UI Style Guide

Dear Colleagues, 
I am a researcher on Cognitive ergonomics field, and I am a Experimental
Psychologist.
I am interested in on-line courses about qualitative Usability
techniques (i.e. ethnographic usability techniques)?
Have you any references I can write to?
For example a good University with these types of courses it is possible
to attend  by web?
