Design standards for windows forms apps?

Anyone know of any published design standards or guidelines for Windows
Forms applications?

Valerie, there's also The Web Application Design Handbook, by Fowler and
Stanwyck, which you can buy or read the preface of on the FAST
Consulting website: http://fast-consulting.com/Preface.htm -- and don't
worry about the publication date, they've always been way before their
time.

If you're really talking a web application, then I think Susan (a
longtime member of this community) and Victor may have some excellent
answers for you.
