Design standards/ Style guide for web apps?

For questions specifically around application-level interactions, as
opposed to just navigation & appearance, I've had good results with
"design pattern" sites. Patterns describe standardized solutions to
common problems (e.g., search, login pages, multi-faceted filter).  Some
