Write user documentation for proprietary software, write departmental
policies and procedures, produce articles for the technology newsletter, and
develop other written materials.

Requirements:

Skill in word processing (Microsoft Word), online help authoring (RoboHelp
preferred), and image capture tools (such as Paint Shop Pro, Snag It). 

Skill in oral and written communications, critical thinking, and
organization.

Ability to learn software products to write clear, concise, accurate, and
usable documentation that adheres to the style guide.

Bachelor's Degree in English/Technical Writing and a minimum of two (2)
years experience in technical writing, or an equivalent combination of
education, training and/or experience.
