We are seeking an individual with a technical background to join our
client's team as a Technical Writer.  The individual will be a primary
contributor to the overall our client's ACH applications technology team
working on architecture and systems documentation related to the ACH product
suite.  Candidate must be proficient in word processing and flow charting
tools.

 

Key Objectives of the Job:

.        Develops architecture and system process flow documentation from
technologist's standpoint.

.        Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure documentation
accurately reflects current processes within each ACH application.

.        Works closely with the Applications Development and Architecture
teams to provide writing/editing support for ACH Technology. 

.        Maintain on-line repository, posting new/updated
system/architecture documentation as needed.

 

Qualifications: 

.        Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment with
multiple projects

.        Strong communications and documentation skills 

.        Desktop and Technical process flow/procedure writing experience
preferred

.        Superb organizational and time management skills and attention to
detail

.        Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision

.        Strong ability to quickly comprehend information from written
documentation, process mapping, and system training overviews

.        Ability to set priorities, establish and meet deadlines

.        Strong analytical skills
