online world provides near-universal access and distribution in a way =

print and other traditional mediums can only dream of. At the same time, =
it
also comes with a unique set of challenges and requirements, driven by =
the very
nature of this medium. In this presentation, Ian Koss explores some of =
these
issues and examines several approaches to maximizing the use of this =
channel
and properly addressing its audience.<o:p></o:p>

Ian Koss
is a founder of Ink 19, a music magazine that has been in publication =
since
1991. Ink 19 has been on the web since 1997, and transitioned to a =
fully-online
format in 2001. In addition to his publishing experience, Mr. Koss has =
been
consulting in online content management for over 10 =
